said I had a coupon the girl in the drive thru at first didn't want to take and then they overcharged me when I said something they tried to argue with me so I just took the food and left

It took way too long considering the time of day (11:30 am) and only one person in front of us. Still, the food was hot even if the fries were crisp. We enjoyed our meal in the car and will be back.

This White is known to be slow and the food not at its best at times. However I do continue to visit the store because it's the only White Castle in my city.

tables was dirty they gave our food to someone else that had put there hands in the bag and the employees wanted us to take it and I made then remake it and they was mad

I cannot speak of the staff as my husband was at the window. The food was ok. The bugers were good. The onion chips left a strong film of grease in my mouth. The value was good.

Had trouble getting my order correct. There is a combo listed on the board that apparently the workers know nothing about. This creates a huge disconnect and makes virtually impossible to get your order correct
