Great staff and food!

Great, consistent service no matter which location you go to. I love the soda/water fountains! I am also very appreciative of the malt vinegar always being available for the fries!

We had never been so we wanted to try it. The only complaint is that there was no indication that a cheeseburger was actually two cheese burgers and I was so full I was uncomfortable.

The staff was very good at getting our order right.

Went in to order and they guy got mad we were not ordering a milk shakes. Very verbally mad. So they he said if no milk shake then you are getting a fountain drink. We told him no we weren't since we were going home. He says who buys a meal and does not get some sort of drink, that's absolutely ridiculous. Now I am a retail manager and understand about add on sales. But there is a line between add on and trying to force someone to buy when they say no very kindly

Bad service from cashier

Just really slow service this time I went in

Terrible quality. The French fries tasted like they had been cooked in oil that was weeks old and the meat tasted like it was a year old. Needless to say never going back
