Had appointment for my dog to get groomed; she has been here multiple times. Three hours after appointment, I called to check on her to pick her up. Was advised she hadn't even began her haircut because there were "two dogs ahead of her". Offered to come back over the weekend for a free grooming because of the inconvenience ??.
