So happy they carry Blue Wilderness cat food and cat shampoo. Made things much simpler. I no longer needed to stop at a second store.

This Algonquin Petco is great. Great staff and customer service. I WILL NOT patronize the Crystal Lake IL Petco. Ever again. For ANYTHING.

I love how open and bright the store is, and how they have animals there is an extra treat!

check clerk was extremely friendly. Store seems to be sloppy but was able to find what I was looking for. Very happy with the dog harnesses we purchased.

The only complaint for petco is the prices, at other pet stores in the area the prices are more reasonable for the products I'm looking for.

no credit card machines and no one told me until checkout. had to leave to get cash and come back
