I ordered the Hardees meal with a cheeseburger (plain) , hot ham and cheese, but they put ketchup in burger anyway. I brought this to the attention of the staff because I was still at the window. She states I didn't say without "ketchup " , I told her that's why I said cheeseburger "plain. Long story shorter she takes it ask me to pull up then brings the " cheeseburger back without cheese". So I just left.
