Wish it was cheaper. I mean seriously. Are we people made of money?

I really used to love this place but after today I am likely not going back. I had bought some snashburger gift cards online and I wanted to transfer the money from the old card to a new card because the person I bought it from May have copied the numbers down and will defraud me so changing the cards to a new card and transferring the money helps me out and it helps out smashbruger. Well I went last week and Courtney did it for me but not all of them. Today the other manager refused. She kept saying corporate won't let her do that. But it's been done before. I'm really not happy about this now I have to find another snashburger sympathetic to my situation and hopefully transfer it over.
