very nice place to stay

We stayed fri and sat the 7 & 8 of November. Friday night was great. Sunday morning about 5am there was a sport boys sport on the 3rd floor in room 323 we were in 322 and they were yelling in the hallway and I'm not sure what else but they were very loud. Even the adults were. We could hear them talking to their coach and bouncing off the walls. U am a hockey parent that travels a lot so I know the hotels we stay do not allow this to go on. I open our door and had a talk with them and that didn't help so I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it. They didn't. How can a team and patents be so disrespectful of others in the hotel. We were in the top floor and u swear it seemed as if we on the main floor for all the noise that we heard. Not happy at all.
