The staff that was taking my order was laughing and being playful towards his co-workers while assisting me. He was having a difficult time taking my order due to his split attention. I ordered root beer for my drink, but he gave me strawberry punch. I also ordered strawberry shake for one of my convo and he gave me strawberry smoothie. The manager on this location, Jack 'n the box Seaside CA, should retrain his staffing.

They should honor prices on the menu rather then what comes up on the register.. It's bogus.. Even if it is $0.20 .. You're still stealing and it adds up depending on how many people haven't caught on.
