The longest wait I have ever had for food. The menu items are not made the way I've had them all over the country and the staff is rude and considerate about the wait.

Not as good as it once was

She got the order wrong, gave us hot coffee instead of iced, we ordered the combo.. Didn't get the hash browns.. Did not realize coz we were in the drive through until it was too late to go back since we were visiting a different city. She didn't give us a receipt either

Received order at the drive thru window, but there were no napkins contained in the bag. I had to park my car and enter the restaurant to ask fro napkins. The associate gave me only one and I had to ask for more. I left with a total of three napkins.

person working the drive thru must have been having a bad night she had bad customer service and my food was not good the curly fries looked and tasted like they had been sitting there all day and they didn't even fill up the container with fries
