Did not have products in stock I needed

I had a coupon and had bought items on sale. The items didn't ring up the right price and the cashier didn't know what to do. He applied a $2.00 off coupon for a $50 transaction. My coupon was for 20% off and I explained I should be saving $10 and did not want the $2 off coupon. He was confused and didn't understand. He still couldn't figure out so he scanned his own $2 coupon five times. Frustrating ... And he refused to call for help. I wanted to contact the store and no where on the receipt is there a store survey. Poor service
