The staff was very hard to find and once I did find a store associate she was VERY rude and quite UNhelpful. We were not greeted and we were made to feel like a burden when we asked for help. We ended up leaving and going to PETSMART instead. I wish I had gotten that associates name so that I could file a corporate complaint against her. It unlikely we will visit Petco again. This highly negative experience left a very nasty taste in my mouth. This just goes to show that one experience can be highly effective, whether good or bad.
