The burger was all over the place.....they need to take a little more care in putting them together

I like Jack but this visit wasn't our best. We went late at night, hungry for a snack. We had just picked up our daughter from her Prom and she was starved. We got chicken nuggets, onion rings, and shakes. The worker forgot to add straws into the bag, the nuggets were marginal and the rings were cold.

I would visit more often if the price of soft drinks was reasonable. I prefer the food here.

Several of my items were missing and had to be repeated several times before the order was fulfilled.
