I love Jack in the Box. I live in the East Coast so when I visit the West Coast I always go to Jack in the Box.

I was the second car in the drive thru and sat there for over 15 minutes before getting my order.

It took a good 20 minutes to just get to the window and then my food was cold. The guy was very unfriendly and short with me. Never going there again.

I used the drive thru and ordered a combo for myself and a milkshake for a coworker. When I asked to pay separately, the staff member acted like it would be a huge ordeal for her to change the order for me to do that, so I agreed to pay together, inconveniently. I received my order and drove off, but then realized I didn't receive my drink or my fries or the dipping sauce that I asked for. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with my experience at this Jack in the Box. Location off the Foresthill Exit in Auburn, CA
