Trainer at the Taunton mA location was extremely helpful with advice and guidance as I am a new dog owner.

I think this store is pretty good. The cashier I thought could have been a bit friendlier. But overall the place was good.

Not enough dog clothing selection

I brought my dog Charlie for a grooming session that normally takes about two hours. After 3 hours and 10 minutes, I decided to go back into the store to ask on the status of Charlie's finish since I had not received any phone call that he was finished. He was already done and in the back. I'm Not sure exactly when they would have called Me If I hadn't gone in to question.
