Customer service at this location was absolutely great!!! "John" was a complete professional. Kept his cool and was extremely courteous even though the drive thru was extremely busy

It was by far the best customer service I have received at a Jack n the Box. I assumed I was speaking to a corporate manager filling in. I was shocked to see a non-managerial associate greet me at the window with such a huge smile and friendly service. I planned to call the store and tell the manager but after working 15 hours I did not make the call. Awesome employee!!! Thanks for treating so well!!

They need more employees at this jack in the box. And teach them to say. Thank You
