Jack in the Box is always good I like the ultimate bacon cheeseburger

I came in for my free Jamba Juice burger because the Cardinals had one to football game the day before. But upon ordering the jumbo Jack I was not able to order cheese on my jumbo Jack even though I was wanting to pay for it. Why couldn't I just add cheese to a burger?
