Service was good until it came time for offering insurance. I'm covered thru my own and yet your sales associates still make you feel very guilty for not choosing the added insurance. Also, I was offered an upgrade for 16$ a day but declined as I didn't want to pay more than the insurance company covered so the associate said what if we did 10$ a day. This seems like a dishonest way of doing business. Your pricing should be more transparent. I consider your company one of the better rental car companies but changing practices such as these would make you the best by far!
