I love jack in be box But the one in Rialto CA on riverside Ave is so bad about never putting sauce on their tacos it makes me wanna not go there ever again

This riverside ave Rialto ca jackinthebox NEVER puts sauce in there tacos. It never fails they forget to put sauce on the tacos. I love jack in the box tacos but they are supposed to come WITH sauce lettuce and a slice of cheese. I know I've worked for them before!!! But that store never puts it in them! You get an attitude when you take them back and ask for them to put it in them!They hand you packets instead of making them over the right way. And they really should've making them to order. We got 6 tough cold tacos today! Besides letting you know so you can correct this.... I usually just avoid this jack in the box but it was unavoidable today I like the rubidiux 60 freeway one better because they make them fresh and correctly. Thanks for listening. I Still LOVE Jack In TheBox!!!!

This riverside avenue jack in the box has a gentleman running the fry layer area who NEVER puts sauce on the tacos And I've complained on surveys I've talked to the manager and shift leader and they are rude. I've even talked to Eli the district manager for this area but it still never changes. I ordered 6 tacos my daughter and I both ate a taco realizing that there was no sauce after one bite and I took the tacos back up to the counter and the lady grabbed them out of my hands and yelled in Spanish to the gentlemen something but no apology just aggravated at me for bringing them back. I'm about to quit going there cause they NEVER do it right! And I know there is supposed to be cheese sauce and lettuce on the tacos! I used to work for you! ?????? very sad cause I love jack in the box! But they have bad customer service and they would not meet standards were I doing an audit! Debbie (909)-471-2862
