Nice place, food is always hot and quick. Plus the egg rolls are the best.

It was just ok. I got a jumbo jack, but the season it with pepper and I haven't noticed other locations doing that, maybe they do and it's just less noticeable? But they're was pepper all over the patty so it was hard to eat. And it was very cold and the burger had a strange "stale" smell. Needless to say, I only took 2 bites and got rid of it.

This Jacks had the worst crew ever. The guy running the window couldn't multi task. Nor was he polite or friendly. He also didn't give us a receipt, napkins, or sauces. Once we finally managed to get some of the things we needed we left just to find out one of the orders of egg rolls was completely burnt. So we had to return since we had some very bummed kiddos. First time in a while that I am going to make a formal complaint.
