Food was cold n made wrong

We were hungry and on the diet so we decided to get grilled chicken salad. However, when we got our order and took the first bite, the salad was disgustingly terrible, the chicken was smelly also. Felt like the salad was a day old. I was very disappointed with the food, please put this into consideration and you guys have lost a valued customer. Thanks
