tacos were a bit greasy

Had a good lunch with good staff and really fast lane

They need to be a little more faster.

The staff seemed extremely unorganized & unknowledgeable. They weren't on the same page. They hardly even said a word to us & when they did, it was to tell us to wait even longer & drive to the other side. I could see they didn't have the other customers orders together either. And when we did finally get our food, it wasn't even fresh...in fact it was cold. Hopefully it was because it was sitting & not because it was undercooked. Overall the worst experience at Jack In The Box. Most of the others ones are better.

Oh my gosh!! Have gone here frequently yet today was by far the worst!! Almost 15 minutes to go through the line and get my food. The lady taking orders couldn't hear. She was talking about another customer an then cussed as she approaches the window. Not happy at all!!
