The only (2) two employees working did not greet us. They didn't even acknowledge us except to place our order. This location was not busy yet the dinning room was filthy. I had to wait a long time to place my order then was made to wait 30 minutes to receive my order. The cashier didn't know which sandwich I wanted so I had to order a different one but that sandwich was not made great. The sourdough bread was white, meaning it was not toasted as it should have been. The Dr. Pepper did not taste right and there was no ice yet the employees were unwilling to do anything about it. This was a horrible experience and I may never return to Jack in the Box again. This is no way to run a business. Maybe if they were very busy I could possibly understand some of the things that happened but not all of them.
