everytime i go to jack n the box it's always some type of problem, it gets very old. once they got my sandwich wrong, i had to repeat my order 5 times at the drive thru they gave me stale hard fries, and didnt have any cheesecake, the lady copped a smile attitude then apologized and fixed my order

Chicken was cold and chewy. French fries were cold. Jalapeños were overdone. Coke was good, that's all.

The food was NOT fresh. The fries were cold and really dry and the tacos had nothing but old brown lettuce. The burgers had brown lettuce too. Very very disappointed. The sad part.... We were the only customers when we got there..... Why didn't they make everything fresh??
