Seemed a little unorganized. Took nearly 2 hours for exam, blood pressure check, blood draw and fill 2 scripts. Love the doctors. Not sure why such a long ordeal today.

VCA front desk staff changed. Our appt was at 11 but weren't called into an exam room until over 1 hour later. The new staff made the appt go very slow. Staff was un sure of medication questions we had and clearly had no idea how to read a chart after directing her to please review the chart for previous medications. We finally left after 3 hrs, for a routine vaccine, heart worm and flea medication. Horrible wait time! It messed up our whole day's schedule.
