Poor quality

We don't eat at Jack-in-the-Box because our last experience was not so great. This time we figured we would give it a shot and we were pleasantly surprised

Needed to pick up lunch on my way to the office. I knew it would be quick and they offered some of my favorites. Will be back.

I ordered my food in the drive-thru. It was just after 12 noon and the location was not busy at all. Staff was nice enough. Biggest disappointment was with the food. I ordered an extreme bacon cheese burger and received an extreme sausage sandwich with bacon (which had too much mayo on it). Unfortunately, I didn't see the mistake until I had already made it to my office. Have learned that I need to check my order before leaving the drive-thru window!

The manager on duty was very rude to everyone, employees and customers. She seemed to be doing questionable things to the food behind the counter. She even seemed to be holding food was was ready for an excessive amount of time before putting it out to be received. Worst fast food experience I've had.
