My food had a piece of metal on it & was not prepared the way it should have been - no lettuce, tomato, etc.

I have went to jack in the box on three different occasions to purchase the new salted Caramel shake and the machine was broke down, out of mix, and then out of caramel. This was all within a weeks time!
