I was really impressed with the dr/vet today. Not only did she take plenty of time to try & get a diagnosis of our dogs problem, but she actually got down on the ground & sat with him, spending a good 5-10 mins, just feeling around his foot, leg, knee & thigh. I've grown up with bigger dogs & had many different vets in all the different places I've lived & I have never had a vet sit down on the ground with my dog like that. I think it put my dog at ease to being with which put me at ease.

Good back office skills need work due to paperwork problems with insurance

Love the doctors and staff, although billing and the office staff can't seem to keep out pet insurance docs on file properly which is always a hassle

Amazing service, best vet around.
