Guys at window seemed kinda goofy & didn't pay that much attention. Gave us a large cup of water when we asked for a large cup of ice & didn't give us any napkins.

The value menu needs to be expanded.

Only thing open in the small town we were visiting. Service was slow but got there just a few minutes before closing.
