The staff was friendly for the most part. They were very busy which is understandable, however the store was very hot and people weren't really being greeted. This makes a huge difference. Acknowledge people when they walk in. Let them know you will be with them as soon as possible. The guy who finally helped me was great. My transaction was quick once I finally reached the counter. (I waited about 25 minutes in line.) I had a reservation and was given an upgrade. That was very kind.
