My family and I love smash burger everybody loves it

The manager is a great guy.

I love smash burger great quality of food and I will always come back for more

Not as good as in have had at other smash burger's, but was pretty good.

I was disappointed in the staff especially the manager. We were greeted when we walked in and asked if we were ready to order we said not yet so the employee leaves. The manager was on the phone vacuuming and ignored us. We stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for the guy to come back. Finally the manager realized and hung up the said "is there anyone else working?!?" And rolled her eyes. She apologized for ignoring us and took our order. Working in the restaurant business I was shocked that she would say that in front of customers. Highly inappropriate to do that and made me question her ability as a manager. She put out order in correctly but when we got home we realized that we got regular fries instead of sweet potato fries which we were charged a dollar more for. Normally this isn't a huge issue but that day all I wanted was sweet potato fries, so that was kind of the last straw. The burgers were good but weren't as good since we were annoyed with our experience. This place is in need of some help. Will return to the Citrus Heights store instead. Never had a problem there.
