A reservation was made, but still had to wait for a car once I was picked up by Enterprise from the body shop.

I was forced to get a mini van. I hate driving those cars. I was told the dodge trucks and Chrysler 200 had a recall and I could not rent one. So, I drove for three days, the whole time feeling that I was driving it so that enterprise can fulfill some quota. Then, after three days I get a call to come a swap vehicles. Like and behold I get a dodge truck that was on recall three days ago. I was furious but chose not to let it show. I will never personally go there to rent again but the dealership ( Jim Burke) may send me there if my car is in the shop. Not lookin forward to that.
