The burgers are more expensive than in n out. Which is only 1/2 mile away. $8 plus for a double bacon cheese burger is crazy!!! I buy the little burger cause of the price. $9 for fries and a little bacon cheeseburger. You get a whole meal under $6 at In N Out.

The price is way too expensive. Your man competitor is In N Out and your price point is higher. Need to make it less expensive or make it a deal. $12 for a burger, fries and a drink is absolutely ridiculous. It should approximately $8. Just my point of view.

My wife wanted a veggie burger, all she got was a burger without the burger. She expected a veggie patty or at least grilled veggies. She was not a happy camper
