Long waits for pick up and drop off service

I had the worst experience with this Enterprise!!! First off I called at 1:45pm to have someone pick me up for a 3 pm reservation. The guy that answered the phone looked up my reservation and proceeded to take my address and told me someone would be there in 15-20 minutes. Well after an hour no one showed up. I then drove myself to the location and asked why I wasn't picked up and some lady with PIZZA in her hand started asking me questions. She asked "From where? and What time did I call?" Then to top it off they didn't have a Full sized vehicle for me which was on my reservation, they quoted me the price for a full sized car and then tried to put me in a compact car without telling me they didn't have any full sized vehicles and without changing my price. After not being picked up by the company "that picks you up". being approached by some eating pizza and then trying to pull a fast one on me with a smaller car and the full size price I am very offended and will NEVER make a reservation at this Enterprise again. I despise terrible Customer Service and that's what this location gave me today. I got a car from Hertz today so thanks for the horrible experience.
