We stay here a lot. Military reserves the rooms. I have requested this hotel over others due to it being clean and comfortable

Great hotel, just upset that my TV wasn't working and I complained twice about it and no one did anything about it :(

Not very happy with the room, the smell and the comfort of he bed, my back is now hurting from the bed for job that I am here for and it's only been one night.

I used rewards that I earned on this visit, but wasn't satisfied. The bed was lumpy and hard. I was put in a room that seemed to be used for non paying customer. I was told it was a new facility when I made the reservation, but it did not look like it when I got there. I was very disappointed.
