Their food tastes great but it is a little pricey... For one regular meal and 2 kids meals I paid $17 which is a lot but still love the food

The friendliness of the staff is really nice in the speed of my check out was really fast

We were traveling and wanted a quick meal. We love zackbys but for some reason this location was very very slow. Our food was great with the exception that my Cajun club never saw some Cajun seasoning but the long delay while waiting for our meal was very off putting
