Convenient location to Hershey Park, only 55 mins from Lancaster as well. The tub and bathroom could have been cleaner but it was satisfactory and it wasn't something we complained over. The pillow cases were a little "linty" with black lint which did concern me that they hadn't been washed but again, we put a sweater around them and didn't complain. I would stay again..

The lady that was at the front desk when we checked in was extremely rude. She did not seem to care about the questions we were asking and seemed to just want to get rid of us and not help us out. She was not friendly at all.

It was horrible, when house keeping came to my room to clean, I had the grave out and ready for them to take it and the floor wasn't vacuumed and our beds were not made. We had no personally belongings on the bed or the floor. So what is the excuse for that? Then we had enough points for a free night and they said they couldn't honor it because we had to book the hotel through Carlson. The worst experience ever!!!!!
