Of all the Shari's restaurants I have been to, the one in King City had the BEST tasting sirloin steak! It took a while to be greeted and seated though "I'll be with you in a moment" is sufficient, acceptable acknowledgement that I am there and waiting to be seated, but it is not a greeting, especially when the restaurant is not that busy.
