The King City Shari's staff were absolutely phenomenal! They were friendly, prompt, and attentive to both my needs, and the needs of my fellow customers. I felt like I was being served by real people, not just ticket-taking machines. That's what I call service!

This Shari's has a very friendly and helpful staff which always greets you when you enter the door. Rachael has served us on a number of visits and always comes by to check on who we are doing and if we need anything. She is a very good server.

We were delighted with the National Eggs Benedict Day offer. It was super delicious. The service was exceptional and the entire atmosphere was a pleasure.

Wait staff friendly and helpful, facilitating substitutions. We are regulars and know the menu well, but our substitutions began as suggestions from wait staff at earlier visits.
