I tried something new on the Shari's menu -- the blackened salmon BLT. It was great. When Shari's offers something new, it's usually very good. But the blackened salmon BLT was especially good. Juana is a very good waitress -- kind and attentive. But all the staff at this restaurant are good. Someone is doing a good job of training them. Another thing I like about Shari's is that if I ask to substitute something -- say, fruit for hash browns -- they always do it, with no muss or fuss. I'm a regular customer, and I appreciate they're putting the customer first. I think Shari's is the best non-fast-food restaurant in value, and I do like the constant specials and the steady rewards. The rewards plan is the best around.
