The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the menu items. Good food served quickly.

Juan was our waitress and she is the BEST! Juan knows what we like and she is always there for us. We are very grateful for Juan.Both our coffee and our food were hot and good.

It was fun to visit this Sharis again that we used to go to all the time for about three years prior to our moving from Tigard to Newberg OR. We like the Newberg OR restaurant (actually haven't found one we really didn't like anywhere) as well, people and the revamped restaurant here is great too, but it felt like "we were going home again" when three people said welcome, we've missed you, are you okay--all nice words to a couple of elders. The welcome was welcomed along with still great food. "Special thanks to Jeana Ma, Rachael and Juana--all nice people plus." And the cooking is great both particularly both Tigard and Newberg too.

Everything was perfect. Not one complaint. What more can be said.

I go to Shari's about twice a week and every time it is excellent. I look for Juana to see if she is working as I like to have her wait on me. She knows what I want and not only me but I know she remembers several peoples orders. I don't know how she does it. Oscar, the cook is very good too as he places the items on the plate very tastefully done.

This Sharis is very clean and the food appealing. This evening we had delicious homemade soup and half sandwich. The food was tasty and well presented. The crew is busy and professional. We always go away smiling.
