Always good service and friendly staff. This visit we had Kristen B. as are waitress and she gave us excellent service.

We go to this Shari's often and always find it clean with friendly servers and management staff. Our food was tasty and hot, exactly what we expected from the menu description. I love the salads, also. They are made with a mix of different greens that have a higher vitamin content than plain iceberg lettuce and are always crisp and fresh tasting.

I am a customor at a Sharis built at the edge of a senior community and am impressed at how kind and helpful staff are to customers that are quite elderly and disabled. It is obvious that they are repeat customers and are greeted by name.

I like sharis. Good food. For the most prt good service. i just wish they were more faster at well everything.

The gravy on the chicken fried steak/potatoes is very bland and has no flavor. The breading on the chicken fried steak wasn't soggy, but it wasn't crispy either. The mashed potatoes and vegetables (although frozen) were acceptable. I'd be willing to pay more for freshly steamed vegetables -- frozen vegetables shouldn't be served at a restaurant.

must have been new staff had to ask for coffee pot refill and what used to be a good sandwich was very mushy-too much mayo, not enough substance or flavor
