Shari's

It was good food it just wasn't the best food I've ever had. I'm super happy with the service and food I've received, it just wasn't the best ever.

Order was wrong. We were never offered water and the wait staff didn’t check in very often

kitchen problem/issue which delayed food serving considerably.

Consistently out of food that is on the menu. Yet Have seen Manager buying food from nearby grocery store-that is not Sharis brand-so no consistent Food as advertised by Sharis. Manager screaming at employees from the kitchen and can be heard in restaurant. Loss of customers due to being out of food. Friends will no longer go there because of that. Some one is not ordering enough food to service this restaurant but shopping on their own at a local grocery store to "provide" food-that is not right. Is this a game!??!

Food was kind of too oily and not warm

#1. Our party of 3 stood in front waiting to be seated. No one greeted us for a long while -- maybe between 4-5 minutes. Finally, a server came by and said that she would be with us shortly. There was no other line, just us waiting in the front of the restaurant. This first impression tells us that it will probably take a while to place our order and it will probably take a while to receive our food. #2. Food took a little while to finally get to us. Our server seemed to have too many tables to fully take care of us, but she did do a good job trying to keep up with refilling our water. #3. Your men's restroom had an inoperable paper towel dispense machine, so I couldn't dry my hands and I had to open the door handle with my t-shirt. All in all, not a very positive experience at Shari's, which based on past experiences is what we come to expect. The food was good, prices were reasonable, service at our table was acceptable, but the no-paper towels in the bathroom and the length of time it took to greet us and then seat us was pretty disappointing.

Wife's hash brown potatoes were very greasy. There's an annoying sanitizer oder in entrance which we were allergic to. I did sign up for the Shari's Cafe club. Paul

I liked the fact that you had a special for the day. It was the pasta chicken and it was very delicious and satisfying. The service attendee was very good.

Was a little expensive for the portion size.

You do not have room for 5 people. We have to wait for a booth or table.
