When Shari's first started selling pie shakes, they were awesome - unique - you were getting a shake with chunks in it - pie crust - you could tell exactly what it was. Now, the last few times, it's basically just a shake - no chunks. So either they're blending them too much, or they've changed what's going into the shake (no pie).

It took us a long time to get our food and we did get her food it was cold and pancakes for cold and the hamburger was cold

Something has slipped in this store. For a while the team had made strides in improving their overall acceptability. The last three times e have visited, it seemed to have gradually regressed. We are no longer happy with coming here.

As I said, the food--omelet, plus biscuits and gravy--was cold--not warm, COLD. The waitress apologized and she and the cook remedied the situation. The same order was served steaming hot--just as it should have been to start with.

My server was very disrespectful. Didn't check on us once and every drink at my table of four was SLURPED EMPTY, and all placed on the edge of the table to be refilled which the were not. Not once. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT 4 glasses lined up on the edge of a table looks like? It looks like someone should be doing their job, and refilling these drinks. My cheese stick tasted like paint. I'm so disappointed in this experience. I love sharis and this visit made me never want to return. ALSO YOUR NEW MENU IS HORRIBLE AND MY SANDWICH IS GONE THANKS.

I ordered a salmon dinner from the senior menu. The salmon arrived dead cold and totally raw. It was not even partially cooked. It had never been placed over any type of heat whatsoever. When I managed to secure my server's attention, she did a good job of having the salmon cooked and returned from the kitchen.

I tried the new Fish and chips. I frequently eat at Red Robins. Shari's fish was well prepared and tasted good except what I ate was mostly fish batter. At Red Robin, for one dollar more, I get at least 3 to 4 times more fish. I know fish really doesn't taste that great and it is the batter that most people like. You have the correct batter but honestly the fish portion is lacking. In addition, I suggest filling the tarter sauce dish from a larger container only when being served. I would not fill the small dish then let it sit out perhaps for hours so there is a light air dried portion on the top of the sauce. Thanks, Ray

The food was what I would call Cafeteria quality. Specifically the grilled salmon I had was dry but well seasoned, and not hot, just warm. The salad was old, may have been sitting all day... My wife’s beef stroganoff with penne pasta was very bland, only warm and after I tasted some, thought it was very generic and much like an industrial serving, nothing I would ever order again. She also had the cream of asparagus soup, after 2 bites, left it sit, very bland, over blended, you could drink it through a straw and had a grassy flavor. We took 2 pies to go and are eating them now. I have had much better coconut cream but it’s ok. She is having the strawberry cream cheese and finds it good. Finally something above average.
