When we where seated the waitress was friendly and pleasant, got our drinks quickly, and was overall a great waitress. But the waitress who took our orders was a completely different experience. She took our orders with an almost negative attitude which was a very large polarization from when we greeted initially .She had limited knowledge of the store menu, even needing to have us point something out on the printed menu. Our meals were delivered a little slow but it is slightly understandable considering how busy it was at the time. We were not checked on our time eating there and we had to ask about getting desserts when we were brought our check. I know this is not representative of all Sheris locations, as all of the other times I have been things have been perfect, but as this was such a different experience I felt the need to share my opinion. I hope that all of the things I have brought to your attention only improve the Sharis experience.

Took a long time to put in our order, took very long to get food, it was cold and not acurate. I had to send food back to get correct order. The eggs were made correctly but the rest of the food was cold. Not offered refills on drinks until after we had finished our meals.

Your menu has changed a lot! Not much of a selection anymore. Your portions are smaller & prices are higher. Service was good and employees always friendly but, not once was I asked how everything was.

One of the problems was serving the Fish & Chips in a basket. Should be on a plate. My husband has tremors and take 2 hands to use a fork. basket kept moving about. While trying to cut the fish, holes were made in the paper lining ( no traction). and the french fry ketchup kept flowing onto the table. Disgusting sight for the rest of the guests. He also had a blob of unwanted sour cream in his potato soup. Why do you people take liberties like that? Another problem was that is was extremely cold from the AC. They did turn the fan off after I mentioned it. Our food had been ready for pickup. I could see it sitting there and had to ask the waitress where our food was. The french-fries were luke warm. This was at 12:45PM Saturday. The place was not busy. Therefor no excuse for the lousy service. Shari's is 1/2 mile from where we live and we do not get the treat that often. It is really sad that this happened. .

My Wife and I came in for dinner, she had stroganoff which was good. I ordered eggs Benedict with hash browns, I asked for the Browns to be cooked a "little" on the crisper side...unfortunately they came back cooked to the crispness of being Petrified! The poached eggs puffed out dried dust when cut into, and the 1/2 teaspoon of bernaisse sauce for Both eggs was very insufficient in amount and flavor...However, the Water was good!

They were a little busy. Our food took quite a while to get. I asked 3 times for extra butter. Everything was lukewarm. It looked like left over cheese sprinkled from the bottom of the bag. All dried out on my eggs. Lately they have not been very good there.

Asked for space between items. Everything brought together on one plate. Then the wrong sandwich was brought. Finally the right one was brought..

The manager wasn't going to give me the price, which was the first item on the Special's board. He pointed to the price in the menu and acted like he didn't understand the concept of the Specials. He seemed rather full of himself and enjoyed bossing his staff around. He is bad for your business. He seemed rather pompous and he needs a class urgently on customer service and Specials. Never had this problem before.
