The service is typically very good and the value is great. There were a couple issues with the food temperature/taste: (1) the salmon was slightly undercooked, but tasty and very cool to serve it on a cedar plank sliver; (2) the vegetables were very bland and tasted as if they were frozen -- I would pay more money to be offered fresh vegetables; and (3) the Mozzarella sticks were undercooked and luke warm -- unlike the other times I've had them when they were crispy, hot, and tender. Overall, the value paid for the food plus the Shari's rewards is a great deal.

Joseph, our server, was very knowledgeable and attentive. He did an great job.

Judy D. provided excellent customer service and checked on me regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. She is very friendly and has a great attitude. Please give her the recognition she deserves because she really does an excellent job.

THE FOOD CHOICES ARE VARIED. JUST ABOUT ANYTHING IS ON THE MENU. I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT TO BE SEATED AND THE WAITRESSES ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. I REALLY ENJOY THE "POT OF COFFEE" CUSTOM! I HAVE HAD BOTH BREAKFAST AND LUNCH AT SHARIS SINCE MOVING TO KING CITY, AND HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD PROVIDED.

Stormy, my waitress was very attentive and enjoyable to talk to! The food came out quickly and the steak was cooked just how I ordered (I prefer blue rare and it’s typically over cooked at most restaurants even after emphasizing how I like it cooked). Everything was absolutely perfect.
