Who ever decided that serving hollandaise sauce from a pressurized server should be fired. Hollandaise sauce served over Eggs Benedict should not be Hollandaise FOAM. Absolutely disgusting!

I’ve been a Shari’s customer since the 1980’s. Your menu changes this year are disappointing. Your lack of menu items, price for small portions and overall decreased quality of the food is disappointing. Today my omelet had the incorrect cheese, and the applewood smoked bacon was reconstituted baco bits, not bacon. The service was good, but the food was lukewarm, and not tasty at all🙁

The waitress did not know the menu or that you had a gluten free menu. There were 3 of us, 2 had the senior cobb salad, which although it was senior, was very small with only a couple of cubes of chicken, for the price it was very unsatisfactory. The other person had the T-bone steak with hashbrowns and 2 eggs plus 2 pancakes. The steak was half grissle and when we told the waitress, she said "well you didn't chose the best cut of steak" - maybe not but I would expect to be able to eat more than half of it. The waitress did not ask us if we wanted any drinks, so we had water. It was not busy but the order took about half hour to come.

No host or hostess at the front when we arrived, waited for few minutes to get our name on the list. There was another couple at the front that were waiting to be greeted. Waited for over 30 minutes for our food. The bacon was burned both my plate and my wives. Pancakes barely luke warm and as well as the syrup. We were hoping to tell the server but we realized she was busy so we just ate what we could and wanted to leave. It seemed like the restaurant was understaffed. If a manager would of had come to our table we would of had told him. Will never return to Shari's again. This was our first visit to the King City location. Last month we went over to the TV Hwy location even there we had to wait for someone to greet us and it took the server about 10 minutes to help us, she told us she had tables both sides of the dining room and she said there was only one other server. Does Shari's even have a hostess to greet its customers. Very poor experience... Hopefully your GM or District Manager will read our note and sees what really goes on at Shari's...

bacon was very overcooked and reheated, received fried not scrambled eggs for wife and my over easy eggs whites were clear and runny. Steak was well done, cool and not fresh. Never received our check, waitress was at the other counter eating her own meal.

Food was cold and not correct. The eggs were supposed to be poached well and I was specific, and not runny. They were runny. The food was luke warm. She asked if I wanted other eggs I said yes scrambled. There was very little hollindaise sauce so I asked for a little more. It took 8 minutes. I waited for the "hot food" thinking it would warm the hash brown's and muffin. No luck the eggs and the sauce we cold. The waitress never removed the runny eggs or plates when others were done until I asked for the check. No offer of sorry or to deduct the food.

Arrived to see that only a few people were eating at this Shari's. The greater looked around and asked up to wait so she could find a table-when the place was empty. Waitress was no ware to be found, finally she came and took our order. I requested and stated to her several times I needed my eggs cooked WELLDONE. We waited a bit to get our order. The waitress brought them out with them being runny on the plate. I sent them back for the Cook to then torch one side and return them to the table with the other side still runny. The hashbrowns were not cooked and cold, they had trouble locating some strawberry jam which then finally brought out some pie glaze for my toast. Husbands meal was cold and again hashbrowns were not cooked.

I had to call MANY times to finally be able to talk to an employee. I placed an to go order. Inside I waited to be helped and was IGNORED! Someone came in after me and was greeted and seated ASAP! The lady also eating was also in disgust about this! I FINALLY was noticed and I explained what had occurred and I was blown off! I was extremely upset with my order when I arrived home I am shocked it didn't come with a salad or soup No veggies! No horse raddish I mention it was my Birthday and no pie just ignored Now I remmber why I don't eat at sharis When I called to place the order I was asked if I wanted a baked potato that was it! I called to talk to someone because out and about you do not have a menu!

As mentioned, I was told how good the prime rib was....however, I ordered rare to medium rare and received a piece that was one third solid fat and well done....not a bit of pink showing whatsoever. The baked potato was only have cooked and the onion rings were inconsistent in size and degree of preparation. I appreciate it was Christmas night and the price reasonable but it still was a completely inferior experience. I have lived across the street from this location for twelve years and have only eaten breakfast but based on a recent recommendation about the Friday night prime rib and decided to try it.....never again!
