Amy was wonderful!!! It's been a while, too many weeks, since our last visit to this Shari's. Amy recognized us and remembered all of our particular preferences! Amy pointed out the new Ribs dinner, which we both ordered -- and the ribs were delicious! At the end of our dinners, Amy asked if we wanted desert -- it was 'Free Pie Wednesday -- and, again, she remembered what we liked best! Thank you Amy!!!

Russel was amazing! He had great customer service. And he was very friendly. He also knew the menu well and made great recommendation!!

Everything was to our liking and had no problems. The entire team was very attentive to our needs.

Our waitress, Jenna, was so pleasant and cheerful, it really put us at ease and made the experience more enjoyable. The food was delicious and very plentiful. We felt that the amount of food we received was well worth the price of the meal.

Our server was Erin she was fantastic! The food was super delicious and best of all shakes. I love the staff there!!

JulieAnn was Johnny on the spot with our drinks, and food. She was pleasant and charming on suggesting menu items. She asked if we were ready for dessert and suggested the pie milk shake as a yummy idea! We ordered it and she was soooo right!!!! Love her!
