The server, Jonatan, was slow to take my order, slow bring the food (it sat in the well for several minutes), and then was slow to present the check. The restaurant wasn't especially busy, other than the Pi Day slice of pie for $1. There were a few people purchasing pies to take home. Jonatan was not acting as a cashier, except to ring up the checks for his customers. He was not very friendly.

They were not busy but service was slow. The apple smoked bacon was way too strong.

I was not highly satisfied with my experience at this Shari's because the salmon chowder that was advertised was not available.

I eat here once a wee after work. Julie is always awesome, she knows what I want, how I want it cooked and is always friendly. I always order the Garlic Mushroom Burger. Tonight it was different, it was upside down, met on top of the lettuce, tomatoe and the meat had no flavour and the fries, sure less in the portion. Thank you Julie for always knowing how I like my food and what I order.

I notice 4-5 servers and a manager on the floor yet I stood at the front register to be seated for 15 minutes. I finally changed my mind and sat at the counter looking through the menu. Another 10 minutes went by before I was greeted. I decided within this time that I will order to go. Jonaton was very helpful and apologetic that I had to wait. He put my order in and took care of my payment right away. He spoke to the manager who didn't bother with an apology or even a hello. I will not be returning here any time soon. this service in unreasonable when there are so many people working and the restaurant isn't even that busy.

I have a food intolerance to anything in the onion or pepper families. I asked for no onions on my burger. I am glad I decided to cut it in half instead of biting into the whole of the sandwich as thee was a large round of red onion. The order was remade, but it did put us behind schedule waiting for the sandwich to be remade. My reaction would have been similar to food poisoning. It is not pleasant.
