We arrived at 4:00 pm and were promptly seated. Order taken after about 5 minutes. Our food didn't come until 30 minutes later and I commented that I thought they forgot about us. We saw 2 other customers who came in after we did and they received their orders way before we did. I ordered the Country Fried Steak and my potatoes were cold. Wife had hamburger and asked for ketchup and after almost 5 minutes got up to go get it herself. Waitress saw that and handed her the ketchup. No apologies were offered for the delay in serving our food order. We are long-time Shari's customers, however this location was our first visit. We will continue to go to the one on Airport Way, but will not be returning to this location on NE 122nd.

Once my group had been seated we had to wait 30minutes to place our orders. After doing so it took another 15-20 minutes to recieve the one drink ordered. The waitresses(whos name was Julianne server number 6467) attitude twords me and my group was not very friendly. As it gave off a unwelcoming and condescending tone.

Took way to long to be seated, not enough staff. Took forever for my food to come, and when it arrived it was only mildly warm. The portion looked as if they were in a rush and just skimped.

We have been to this location before as it is close to our home but I doubt we will go to that location again because it takes forever to receive our food. We go to the location on Airport Way and 182nd and Halsey and the service is fine. Either the management or cooks need to be replaced!! Otherwise we enjoy dining at your restaurants.

I was cold so ordered decaf coffee that was cold! Usually you have to wait for coffee to cool. Baked potato soup was also COLD and was AWEFUL! Very thin, No sour cream on top, just a few tiny threads of cheese and 2 crumbs of bacon and 3 tiny green onions. I have had your baked potatoe soup before and this was NOTHING like it! To make matters worse we were there to celebrate my husbands birthday! The waitress was kind enough to comp his pie. I did not complain about the coffee and I should have. I did complain about the soup! SO SO AWEFUL!

I ordered my food-to-go order from my home. I drove 25 minutes to the restaurant. I waited another 20 minutes after arriving at the restaurant for my food, which was handed to me in a bag. I drove 25 minutes home. The food was completely cold. I had ordered a Cheddar Cheeseburger and french fries. The lettuce on the cheeseburger was wilted. There were no fries, only tator tots, which I hate! The tator tots were undercooked and soggy. I ordered a Hot Turkey Sandwich with mashed potatoes. I received something completely different. The potatoes were missing, and there was no bread for the turkey, which was cold. There was no gravy. The salad was made up of completely wilted greens. I called the store and reported the problem, but no one was there that could solve the problem. This was one of the worst meals that we have ever eaten from Shari's.

Waited too long to be greeted and waited on. Order took way too long then made wrong, gave us part of our order and someone else's. Right part of order sat there while other part was prepared. Got home with order and BBQ not on hamburger which was the reason for ordering it. No tarter for the worse 2 order's of fish & chips I ever had in my life. Restaurant was quite messy especially carpet.

I ordered the Honored Citizen Country Steak with soup and vegetables, and, wife the gray on the side. My wife ordered a breakfast with a biscuit and extra crispy hashbrowns. 1st off, my soup was so salty that I stopped eating at 3 bites. Erin, our server, asked what I would like as a substitute, and I said a fully loaded baked potato. We waited an extra long time to get our meals. When they finally came, my wife's hashbrowns were white and cold, and, her biscuit was as hard as a rock. My Country Steak had gray on it. We called Erin and she took them back. Again, we waited a extra long time for our meals to come the 2nd time. When they did, my wife's hashbrowns had a little color but half were warm and half were cool. Everything on my plate--steak, baked potato, and vegetables--has an overpowering taste of grease. The manager took $12.00 off of our bill because we had eaten part of the food. I still paid $9.98 for 2 meals that were terrible. As a side note, when our 1st orders were returned to the kitchen, there was a verbal fight in the kitchen that could be heard out in the restaurant. I will say that Erin, our server, did an super job, considering the circumstances.
