The chicken fried steak was luke warm at best, and the baked patatoe was cold. The waiter never returned after bringing us our order, as we were looking for the fresh roll, and my wife's drink that never was brought to the table. I tried to get her attention to no avail. It took some time to get another employees attention to even get the check and pay. I explained the problems to the cashier who promptly went back to the kitchen and returned saying she was sorry and they were having some difficulties. She did credit our bill for my meal and handled a difficult situation very well. But considering, I'm not sure we will return to this location even considering it is only 20 blocks from our home.

We were seated quickly, drinks came to the table quickly but we got small glass waters and we never got any refills. Our sever Jeanie-1 said she'd bring us water but never did. We didn't get the milkshakes we ordered until after we finished eating. So we had nothing to drink with our food. We come to sharis every once in a while and by far this has been one of my worst experiences here. I should also mention that the server never checked on us. The manager did but not the server. The server also gave us our check as soon as we got our shakes and to me, that is the rudest thing you can do to a visitor. I've cooked for 2 restaurants in Gresham and I know how it gets but it really wasn't busy when we ordered or the entire time we were here.

I, ordered two overeasy eggs, french toast, hash browns and orange juice. I, received four overeasy eggs, french toast know hash browns or orange juice. This type of mistake in my order is unexceptible.

My friend and I had the same meal 3 days before. She loved the salad and wanted to go have it again. So we went back. There were 3 tables full of customers . We had to seat ourself because no one welcomed us. Even though a employee was at the register 2 feet away from us. We waited for menus at least 5 plus minuets . We got our own menus..waited another 5 plus minuets to order. My Soup was cold. I had to send it back. Salad was different then the same meal I had 3 days before.. Chicken was over cooked for my friend her bread was cold. It had been warm the previous visit. Not enough salad dressing. We did eat the meal. But decided we would never eat at that Shari's again. Unfortunately this Shari's is 3 blocks from my home.

There was a table arguing and the manager immediately called the police during that time our table was completely ignored and when the police arrived they came to our table when we did nothing I dont appreciate being harassed while trying to have dinner or wait for dinner! On top of being ignored at our table the food was less then satisfactory!

My waitress Lyndsay did a very good job, quick service, friendly. I had Ordered a Banana Split. The Ice cream which shows to be a hard ice cream was soft and melting. The whip cream was fluid not whipped, it was like eating ice cream soup. The manager tried to blame Lyndsay for not knowing how to prepare. The preparation was OK, it was the product. Management should have been aware of the melting ice cream and whip cream.

Our group (6-8) people have visited this Sharis for a number of years with very much satisfaction. During this visit, it took forever to get seated, minus and drinks. We waited a long time to place our orders. There was two waitress trying to teach another waitress how to cut a picec of pil. This seemed to take about five minuites untile we finally spook very loudly to them to get there attation and then they seemed annoyed that we had bothered to ask for their service. From this point on the service and attitude seem to go down hill. There seemed to no reason for the poor service, as there was not many people eating. We as a group are very disappointed in this sudden change from your normal great service. We are very serious about finding a new place for our evenings and luches out. We stronly advise that their be a very positiive response to these complaints..

Food was cold and old dry eggs tasted like soap fruit was dryed out steak was old and dry medium well means a little pink in the middle it was dry and cooked to long and it took about 45 minutes for us to get our food and it was cold manager seemed like she did not care about it at all did not even say sorry about it offered to make another dish I'm not waitING another 45 minutes for my meal I should not have payed for the meals at all

When the two meals came, after a half hour wait, my husbands was hot and mine was luke warm. The eggs were stone cold and I could pick up the chicken fried steak with my fingers. Since the waitress was no where to be found, I called for the manager. After discussing the problem with her for several minutes, she did offer to have the meal "nuked". Only when I declined her offer did she, reluctently, offer a 20% discount, which I accepted. We never saw her again, as my husband finished his hot meal. The server was never seen again except to deliver the check and scurry away. The other Shari's, in the Portland area, has always served the exact meal hot on both orders and the service is excellent. But, I will never go back to this particular Shari's.

Served cold coffee. Too long to get waited,takes forever to served our food.
